Development timeline

Phase 1

Foundation and proof of concept

Site planning and architectural development. Regulatory approvals, project structuring, and detailed design. Appointment of construction and hospitality partners, followed by mobilisation and commencement of development.

Phase 2

Hospitality development and guest experience

Construction of the devotional resort, guest accommodations, wellness facilities, dining venues, and supporting infrastructure. Completion of initial hospitality operations and phased readiness.

Phase 3

Destination completion and spiritual ecosystem

Completion of ritual spaces, wellness programmes, landscaped arrival experiences, and community facilities, establishing a fully integrated destination for devotional hospitality.
